What is my role as the campaign and content specialist?

I lead the account-based marketing (ABM), global and regional campaigns, and content marketing strategy in the marketing team. My work involves driving growth by delivering highly targeted and personalized marketing campaigns that resonate with potential prospects.

2023 - Present
Rebranding Campaign
  • Project manager for announcement timeline and all campaign assets

  • Managed campaign assets by working with freelancers for storyboard and animation production

  • Worked closely with senior leadership to finalise storyboard requirements for rebranding announcement

  • Managed freelance animator to produce brand announcement video within 2 weeks

  • Assets generated: email announcement, blog announcement, sneak peek videos & LinkedIn posts

  • Goal was to gain market share and generate awareness on our solutions in the Home Improvement & DIY industry within the UK and Nordic regions

  • Conducted market research around the pain points, shift in shopping behavior, and shoppers' expectations to display the strengths of our solutions

  • Worked closely with sales to generate a target list of retailers within the industry

  • Managed freelance writer to create landing page and funnel content

  • Digital campaigns through LinkedIn and 6Sense (ABM tool) to target selected accounts

About Parcel Monitor Community

Parcel Monitor Community is a knowledge sharing platform packed with data-driven reports and articles. It also serves as a free parcel tracking platform for consumers to use by entering their tracking number, they get to receive real time parcel updates.

What is my role as the campaign and content marketer?

I translate all data insights into digital content for community members on our platform. Creating and leading campaigns based on the latest trends in e-commerce logistics, and planning the materials and resources we need for each campaign.

2020 - 2022
Direct-to-Consumer Campaign
  • Rise in DTC businesses in 2020-2021 was observed

  • Goal was to create a campaign centered around DTC businesses and roping in companies and industry leaders to share their knowledge and insights

  • Sourced for daily news relevant to campaign theme, reached out and interviewed respective KOLs

  • Designed, co-wrote, and proofread all content for campaign

  • Engaged with Shopee, Snocks, and VP Global E-Commerce DHL to increase exposure and drive awareness for brand
